Please copy the proforma contents and create a new page for each project

It is strongly recommended that you add projects you create, and others you are interested in, to your watchlist (with the watch button on the top of the page), and either receive the changes in an RSS or Atom feed, or change your preferences so that you are emailed when the pages are edited - that way the projects stay alive

Detailed description

This part especially should evolve and change as the project develops. Once a project is in an initial state for discussion, please give it a page to itself with this proforma filled out as the basis of the content, and put a link to it on the Projects in Development page.
